UACP operates two campuses in Buchanan County, Virginia. The Garden Campus is the college’s main campus and is located in Oakwood, VA. The Slate Creek Campus is located at Grundy, VA, at the Buchanan County Industrial Development Authority Technology Park. UACP also has space available at the Buchanan County General Hospital in Grundy for use as overflow space and a connection to tele-medicine.
Main Campus
The Main Garden Campus consists of a newly renovated 1940 Civilian Conservation Corps building containing approximately 25,000 square feet. It is a two story structure that contains a lecture hall converted from a gymnasium, a library, a student lab, a faculty lab, administration and faculty offices, student and faculty lounges, and a boardroom. Currently, the Garden Campus is home to the college’s first year students and administration.

Slate Creek Campus
UACP's Slate Creek campus occupies the first floor of the Buchanan County Industrial Development Authority facility at its Technology Park. The 12,674 square feet facility currently accommodates the school ’s second year class. The building includes a large lecture hall, small classrooms for a total of 170 students, a multipurpose laboratory facility, a library and learning resources center, a student lounge, a faculty conference room, and faculty and administrative offices.

Future Facilities
Currently, the UACP Building Committee is planning the construction of a new facility at the Garden Campus to consolidate the program onto one site. Preliminary plans show the building containing faculty and administrative offices, two classrooms, and a model pharmacy.
